How does eCenter work? +
Your kid signs up free, takes a short 5-minute assessment. Our AI matches a suitable teacher within 24h. The first 30-minute session is free.
What age can my kid start? +
Currently 6–17 years old. We're building a program for preschoolers (age 5).
Where do sessions take place? +
Online via our own app (HD video + whiteboard + interactive tools). No Zoom/Google Meet needed.

Is there a free trial? +
Yes. The first 30-minute 1-on-1 session is completely free, no credit card required.
Is the 30-day money-back guarantee real? +
Yes. If your kid doesn't improve after 30 days — full refund. Clearly stated in our terms.
How can I pay? +
Visa/Mastercard, local ATM, MoMo, ZaloPay, bank transfer. VAT invoice issued automatically.
👨🏫 Teachers
How are teachers selected? +
Only 3% of applicants pass: 5 interview rounds, a teaching demo, background check, and 2 weeks of training.
Can I switch teachers if it's not a fit? +
Switch free within the first 7 days. After that, one free switch per month.
Are there native-speaker teachers? +
Yes. English classes include native speakers. Available on premium plans.

How do I track my child's progress? +
A dedicated parent dashboard: weekly reports, session videos, quiz scores, daily activity.
Can parents sit in on a session? +
Yes. "Observer" mode — join silently without interrupting.
How is children's data protected? +
Compliant with Decree 13/2023 on children's data protection. We never sell/share data with third parties.
