1. Acceptance of terms

By using eCenter, you agree to comply with the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Any user under 16 needs the consent of a parent/guardian.

3. Payment

Tuition is paid in advance by plan. We support Visa/Mastercard/ATM/MoMo/ZaloPay/bank transfer.

4. Refunds

We guarantee a 100% tuition refund if your child shows no clear progress after the first 30 days. Send refund requests to levanhaichau@gmail.com.

5. Prohibited conduct

Do not share accounts, harass teachers/students, or use eCenter content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

6. Intellectual property

All course content belongs to eCenter. Copying, distributing, or reselling it is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

eCenter is not liable for individual learning outcomes beyond its measurable commitments.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms and will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
